About my work — I have been beading for years now. My absolute favorite subject is The Starry Night painting by Vincent Van Gogh.

Each bag (or wristlet or clutch) that I’ve made is unique. I bead using mostly Charlotte beads also called True Cuts because they cast a lovely shiny glint. I also incorporate bugle beads and crystals.

The bags are all different sizes. The more recent ones I have made are now large enough to hold mobile phones. Each bag takes quite awhile to make.

First, I do the beading which takes weeks. I have other things to do! After the beading is done, I create the bag that I add the bead embroidery to.
